You need louigi to do this. Once in the bobomb level, head to the nearest ? Box to the mountain and take the flower. Then sprint up the mountain intill you get to a brick block. Smash it and collect the mushroom(you will become huge). Resume sprinting. By the time you return to normal size, youwill be most(or all)the way up the mountain.
