Help, I used a cheat to get to lvl 99, but that was at the start. How do I register people? Plz help cause all I can do at the moment is duel people

To register, you need to duel someone 5-10 times to register them. I have everyone registered.
I used the same cheat and you are stuck so you cannot use any level up cheats because it prevents you from moving along in the story line. There is nothing else to do but start over.
I used the cheats to level up to lv. 99 too and I couldn't register people but then I got my spirit Adhesive Explosive and then I got a load of people registering me
