Umm on world 4 4-7 theres a these rocks fall down then come back up again then come back down how do I get pass the second one with 2 of them please answer soon!

I'm not sure if you mean the pink bubbles, and rubber birds, but I am stuck on this level as well. I can get to the middle circle, then can't get any further. Let me know if this is what you mean. I am still working on it and will let you know if I find anything out!
