You need an healer who is an Adept Priest. You go to the other island by boat, there is a round circle of plants and a slab on the ground, drop your man here. Then take your dead people over to bury, then go to the slab then to the grave and it is done. Not sure about anywhere else as only had dead people on that island. Hope this helps.
The way you can is go to the other island by boat and then go to the circle drag dead body there and then bury make sure the burier is a adept priest which is a advanced healer
