Question for The Urbz : Sims in the City

I'm on the 3rd mission and I only have one question mark left, but I still can't beat Dusty Hoggs... Is there any way that I could somehow beat him? Or at least get more goals without beating him... Or do I have to beat Dusty Hoggs in order to move on to more goals?

I'm afraid you really do have to beat him in a race.
Try different configurations on your bike (talk to the guy standing by the bike on the pedestal).
Other than that just keep trying.
