Doctoral thesis: go to miniopolis chronicle then go to the computer and you will see "write doctoral thesis" ;)

To get out of urbania you have to complete mission 2. To write a doctoral thesis you have to be friends with Lincoln Broadsheet (guy in the wheelchair) Relationship over 30. A what's up option will appear and you choose that. He'll give you access to his research. Then you go in the chronicle and use the computer to write your thesis ^_^ Hope I helped!
