On mission S, who is the person your pet can talk to when you get stuck in the basement of the lab with Berkely?

Olde Salty (the riverboat captain) if he is not out front of the riverboat or in club Xizzle then call on a telephone and he will tell you where he is.

Talk to Olde Salty. Then go to the riverboat and go to the room with the parrot. Then just follow the instructions. You are so close to beating the game.
