mission 4 - finding a messanger!

I need to find someone who can delivery the letter! Can someone please tell me who do I need to see! Thank you so much

You go into the university and you may have noticed the boy sleeping in the chair - Gordy Puck- Well you go up to him and talk to him. But you must have 30 Popularity before he will do it. The easist way that I find to do this is to get 100 Rel. With as many people as possible. Then when you get the 30 Popularity you will need to go and talk to Det.Dan.D.Mann and then he will give you the keys to one of Gordy Puck's Fan Boats. Using That you will be able to complete the roxanne moxie mission by going to an island and capturing the dancing Nutria!
