Anywayyyyy.... :D but by now you probably have already found it :D
To get to the bayou, you can get to level 100 with the detective and go through the hole in the jail wall
You probably already know where it is. But to get there, you're supposed to complete the "Ballad of Pepper Pete" mission, after that, Daddy Bigbucks will throw you in the sea, and you're in the Bayou.Then you can get to 100 social points with Detective Mann and he will show you a secret shortcut to the Bayou.
