In order to get your Charisma up you need to stand in front of a mirror and press the A button. If you haven't got a mirror go to the shop opposite the old school bus.
For the body you have to lift weights. Weights can be bought or go to the jail and use theirs.
Tip - When you're lifting weights or in front of the mirror, press A repeatly and fast and the bar will go up quicker
