Mission 3, goal 6

All of my other goals for mission 3 are checked off, and I've tried to talk to the mambo person, but she wont give me the quest for goal 6. I really need some help here.

(im not quite sure if this has to do anything but after I finishd goal 2, it said to talk to lily gates, but I havent done that. I havent done it because it's not one of the boxes and shes always out of town..)

Well,what you need to do is talk to lily gates and then after that then you go talk to mambo loa I hope it helps!
