Okay cheaters I need help today or tommorow seriously!!

I got the slips that the board told me to get from the Museum bushes and nothing will happen and I need to know what to do!!My problem is the goals still says check the message board and then I went there(museum) and got the slip of papers !!!

Once you read the slip you need to find Berkley Clodd(The one with a FEATHER IN HIS HAT) and show him the slip of paper then you will get a new goal.
