Now all I need is to get minus 50 relationship with daddy bigbucks but when I get to -32 he gets mad and wont let me talk to him more to annoy him. How do I keep talking to him to get to - 50 !!! If you lose 8 points in a single interaction (usually with Rude Gesture) or more than 15 points during a conversation, the person will give you the silent treatment for a day or two. Keep an eye on your relationship score, and back out after every 10-12 point drop. Re-engage in conversation immediately so he can't run away. When all your choices are undesirable, I find it most efficient to press the "give gift" button, then back out of it. It refreshes the choice of conversational options. Keep doing this to get the maximally negative (or positive, in most conversations) options, and you may get to your target before you have to stop talking to eat or use the bathroom or whatever.
