Brittanyrocks, walk slowly along the planter pushing the A button. The yellow arrow is invisible. Once you have it, examine your pockets to read the next clue.

Ddaarrlleennee, the bulletin board is in the newspaper office. You'll find a note saying "search the shrubbery near the museum".
