Blacking out

I am finally getting into the game, but now sometimes when I open the kennel the screen goes black and I have to tur it off! Then I go back to the last saved bit and have to do it all again! What's happening and what do I do?

there is no way to fix it but to help save it before you open it, it happens to me all the time but i get use to it

yeah, its your DS console, i had a white one that was snapped in half but still worked, this problem happen to me, then i got a new one and its fine now. so id say either get it fixed by a new one or just save before opening the kennel

I know! it happens to be aswell. so what i did was save it before i opened the kennel and now it ALWAYS turns black on me. I dont know how to fix it and i think i have stuffed up my game now. because i can't heal any pets. so now im going to have to wait untill the owners come and not get any good money from it. i have 2 pets that need to be cleaned and 1 pet that has a broken bone. I really have to fund a solution to this and no one is helping that well. :(
