Question for The Sims 2: Castaway

I been trying to catch a striped bass fish for over 3 hours now .. Please help me by telling me what to do I know that you got to fish for it ata half dark and half light but I can find one to catch where is the best place to catch the striped bass fish....PLEASE HELP
