Question for The Sims 2: Castaway

I'm stuck on getting the bottom skirt for susy mcdress. I cut the grass but I made a palm frond skirt with it, so now I have no more grass. What do I do now?

When you cut the grass you automatically get grass seed.
You then need to plant this in the ground and water it untill it's fully grown.
