A sharp carving tool is a chisel. Get it by completing the food quest for Chef Butcher.

I believe the knife is given to you when you finish Dr.Feelgod task, a the quartz is obtained by digging at the place you make food.Hope it helps!

i dont think theres a "place" in where you can find a Glowing quartz ive been on many websites and they all said they have found it in diffrent place i guess you just have to dig and cross your fingers
