Wheat, ginger, bread?

Ms Weeder does not have any wheat or ginger for me to trade for and I want to make bread. I can't figure out what will make these items available. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

you need to complete more missions and wait a while before she will trade different things. (she does trade ginger seeds and wheat seeds)
