I need the Arctic Hat...

I need the Arctic Hat...I have been playing for over 411 sim days now and it still has not washed up in the Crate/suitcase.

I am at 99 and the Artic Hat is all that I need to complete all the collections and the game.

Does any one know what I should do? I have only needed this Arctic Hat since day 345 and I have play over another 55 days with no luck...I only get the Crate or items washed up on shore...but in all those extra days...no suitcase ever shows up.

Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks.

Comment:(Aug 13 2009) This is for learbear707:...In order to get some of the bugs you have to get a perfect on smashing the bugs...so keep tring to get all the bugs smashed and then the rarer ones you need will crawl out to be smashed. The rock I find easiest to smash is the one over by Susi McDress by the Peach tree and stream. Bug Rocks have diffenent color bugs, in different locations so you may have to try different rock spots to get all the colors you need.
When you get the cure from Dr. Feelgood and give it to Ms. Weeder, she will give you the spade handle and the spade head. You then need to go to the crafting rock and craft it together, then you will have the shovel/spade to dig with. Once you have the shovel/spade you will be able to complete the Chefs quest.
