Pufferfish

I've only been playing Sims Castaway on the DS a couple of hours and already I'm completely stuck. Does anyone know how to find the pufferfish? I need it to give to the doctor. This has been asked on here before and the answer seemed to be in the sea where my Sim washes up at midday. But I've not had any luck with this at all. Or on any of the other beaches. I haven't even seen a fish that matches the description on here. The only one I think it could be is this little purple fish, but that's way too fast to catch anyway. Is there any other way around this? Thanks!

It's a brown fish, and it's usually between the beach the sim was first washed away in to the paint craft. Also you can go before it reaches full yellow sun. I think you get the puffer fish after you do some tasks.

ive had the game for a year now and i too am stuck with the pufferfish. ive explored everywhere, but nothing. i tried all of that, everyone is happy i figured out that i have 200 black bugs, idk wat to do with them so maybe u hav luck
