You have to wait until you finished all her quests. Then you have to trade with her for the lime seeds. Hope I helped!

Actually, you need to get the hammer handle from the doctor, you do that by getting the bugs and fish to trade with her then you will get the other item to make the hammer so you can make the boat to get to the third island to get her the mangos then you can trade with her and you will trade the seeds and let it grow and then you have it
