First you need to trade for the recipe with Chef Butcher, (you will need 2 brazil nuts and maybe something else,trade for the seeds with Ms. Weeder to grow a tree)
After you get the recipe, to create the dish you need a coconut, sugar cane, pepper, and eggplant. You will need to trade for the seeds to plant with Ms. Weeder
