How can I obtain these objects?
Can someone tell me how to get the knife, hammer, crowbar, mango, and puffer fish?

I only know how to get the pufferfish you know were you were washed up thats were but only during th day and it is brown you will see it

You get the hammer handle from the Doctor. Then you have to make the boat to go to the second island to get the mangos. The puffers appear at noon at the shore where the crates wash up.
