The Chisel!!! HELP!

Okay, well I understand that you get it from the chef after you update his fire...well I used that flat stone for my fire! I know it was stupid. Now I can't find one of those flat stones again! Because I need the chisel to make boat! I already have hammer! So where do I find the flat stone??? Where do I dig? Please help! =)
