Final fan blade

Please help..
At 99% have collected everything except the final fan blade that is supposed to come down at SOS. In menu Tutorial P13 collections - it says "congratulations your sim has collected everything from this bountiful suitcase" but I don't have the fan blade! So annoying that I can't complete the game. Have gone on another 25 sim days still nothing. Please help

I think the suitcase is the one that sometimes washes up instead of the crate. So i`d just keep checking the parachute.
