Alien Artifact

Hi
Please help. I,m at 99% but can't find the alien artifact, been digging everywhere. Could someone please tell me where to dig this item up.

I found it digging right next to the arrow in the suzy Mcdress square

I only found the alien artifact once, and I've replayed the game dozens of times after that. I think I found it in the area where dr. Feelgood is. You can make something else once you have it too.
