I AM MISSING THE LAST PART OF THE MAP!

I am 56% percent in the game and I have offered help to everybody and finished helping them. But I am missing the piece that goes in the bottom left. WHERE DO I GET IT?!?! Thanks I appreciate the help.

You should get the final part of the map from the dr., once you have completed every thing from her if you have got the last one from her and are still missing a part you know the skull door over by your clothing crafter it is on the ground in front of the doors
