First of all there is no need to start shouting, so next time don`t use the caps.
As for your questions, the grapling hook, the thred and the crowbar are all made at the crafting station.
The sewing station is one area right from the door with the skull on it.
And for Ms. Weeder, try giving her some nice gifts (no bugs or fish)

Ok, the grapling hook you have to make, you need an anchor and rope, and the sewing station is on the far right island, cross the bridge,pass the skull door and go to the next area and there it is, you have to make the thread also by having a knife and vine. The crowbar is made from using the hammer and small metal bar. To get mrs. Weeder to talk to you try waiting or trade with her whatever you think will make her happy.
