I'm very new to the game and im stuck at the beginning. How do i

Hi everyone. Im new to the game and Im stuck! I looked through the questions and answers but all seem so foreign to me. I have problems proceeding even at earlier stages of the game. I'm only at 8%. The only food that I can find are coconuts, the red sparkleberry and the bugs. I have a bottled filled with water. But how do I make use of it? Can I drink it? The only things I got from diving are those seashells and corals. I can't get the pink and blue corals. I keep on getting the purple and red ones.. Also, how can I get a scissors or knife that can allow me to cut through the plants to allow me to go to another area? How can I get seeds to plant? How can I meet people? I don't see a single soul. How can I water the withered raspberry bush? In addition, I managed to form the 'S' out of the SOS word. Where can I get more of the stones to form the other two letters? Where can I get a crowbar to examine the metal door on the ship? Really appreciate your help and advice!

OK WELL, don't use the water just wait, have you any people? Well the first person you should find is easy go down to the left as far as you can and climb up the rock, there should be a tomato bush there, then go to the left. There should be a person there. Talk to her and click 'offer help' then she'll ask for the water.you will get most of the items from helping the others so don't worry it will all add up. She will probably give you some thing that will help you cut down the vines. You will find two other people. Help them out they will give you more items, then you will be able to carft the canoe and so on you will then find the last islanderhelp her and you will just have t wait for the rest. PS, try making things, you will get a shovel from mrs weeder, then you can dig and you will get diff things like the rocks you need to spell the other 2 letters, they spell 'SOS' and you will get things every 3 day that you can't ,make.

Hope that helped,PSS, GO TO THE SHIPWRECK and there is a pole on there so pick it up, this is located after the place where you find the shells, on the right.
