A couple questions
First of all, where is the chisel, or how do I make it? And where do I find the tools to make the fire for the chef, and finally, how do I unlock the other island to get the mango?

Okay first to get the chisel you have to get the fruit off the tree he jumps up at when you see him. Then he should give you the chisle.
You get the shovel from Miss Weeder by going to get the mango. To get it go to the area where you found the fallen log and get all the items you need and make the boat. You have to click exactly on the arrow and have the Enrgy bar near full to go. You then will find the mango on the new Island. Good luck.
