Ok I know you need vines but ummmmm....where do I get the vines to make the rope!?

The vines are on a plant that you forage. Just past Mrs weeder. If you are blocked, you need to cut through.

The area after Mrs Weeder there is a yam plant and a vine plant you have to forage it. Also by the docter there is vines that are blocking a new area and you can get them if you have not already. Hope this helps.
