You need 3 different kinds of fish and 3 or 4 different kinds of bugs. Read the section in the walkthrough and it'll tell you exactly which ones...sorry I don't recall the exact bugs/fish needed.

You need to ask the doctor for help and she will ask you to bring her 3 kinds of bugs, and then 3 fish.
