"Fallen Tree" Boat

I've got the chisel from the chef, but when I click on the fallen tree log thing, it just says "examine". How can I actually MAKE the boat?

You need to get a hammer too. You can trade with dr. Feelgood to get that for a a fish and some bugs.

You need a hammer handle (Dr. Feelgood) and a hammer head then you can make a hammer an make a boat!
