I am so stuck!!

I am into my 230th game day and still have not been able to obtain the hammer chisel or shovel. Please give me some tips before I toss this game! I have all of the bugs that I need but have not been able to identify the pufferfish or been able to catch it. I have heard that it can be found at noon where I washed up...is he the little blue guy (not the eel) that darts around so quickly? How can I catch him? I am getting frustrated with this game so any tips would be greatly appreciated.

I have gotten several puffer fish at the beach where you open the box. Go there during the day and keep trying. They are round start out slow and they look like they are puffer fish. You can't miss 'em.

Go to the beach where you washed up (where the box is always showing up) and spear fish at noon, when the sun is completely full. The pufferfish is pretty easy to catch but it only shows up at the beach at Noon. I also caught one by the crafting table at noon.

It has teeth sticking out kinda like the catfish only not they are as big.
