This bit's quite difficult. As lisa when using the buddha hand use it to kill all the karate people (just get hold of them and drop them a couple of times) then you don't have to punch them yourself, and take out every one of the grey/purple poles in the structure and chuck them away- but make sure they don't land in any of the other pole holes. Then keep going up levels by the ladders and doing the same thing, but when you get to the level where there aren't any more ladders you need to double jump from one side to another (that might take a few tries) then do the same thing with the buddha hand and when you get to the top take out the last two poles and the ape should just like awkwardly flop on the ground... And then it finishes. Hope this helps
