I can't get past the part in the blood room in the first part where you between the two saw blades I can get their but nowhere else PLEASE HELP

Hi I think you mean the bit with the yellowy type tap looking thing inbetween the saw blades, then there is a very faint rope, you need to go over the bit where the saw balde comes up but when it is down then double jump and press the up arrow on your control pad and it should work
I was stuck in exactly the same place but I eventually got it hope I have helped you a bit.
