Ok well it's not as hard as you think in the riddle the last one he said the word see. So what your looking for is an eye. its the guy standing surrounded by water. now go above him and up there is the spout or splash. way on the northeastern side of the island is the rudder. next is the paddle its below the area of the cave on a raised level of ground. so put them together 1.rudder 2.spout 3.paddle 4.eye and your done when u get it right after the last one is talking there will be a cutscene that shows a bridge.
