If so you must go to ocean king temple after you rescued spirit of widsom go to b6 and draw the hourglass on the (start at top left draw figure eight but lines not curves) then when you go in the room the riddle will say press the scared crest you have to close your ds but DO NOT TURN IT OFF!!!!!!!!!!! Wait for 5 seconds then the the crest will be transferred to your sw map then the mail comes in after you get out using blue pond then after you recieve the mail you go to the cannon island talk to eddo then you will have to pay 200 rubees for the salvage arm then go to the green crest on your sw map then use the salvage arm then there you have the key from the seabed (the sun key)
