How do I go to the cheat menu where you enter cheats?
I've seen all the cheat codes for this game but, where do I suppose to enter the cheats at?

You most likely found Action Replay or Gameshark codes for this game. There are no actual cheats that you can type in without a cheating device for this game. Yuo would have to buy an AR or Gameshark first.
