How do you pick up the crystal and where is the grappling hook ? Please help thanks a lot.

Ok dude you tap it with you're stylus and the grappling hook is in the ice temple/isle of frost which is on the south eastern sea chart nd if you tap it and it don aork then try getting it fixed
