Temple of Ice?
Well I don't know what it's called, really. But I'm on B2, and I don't really know what I'm supposed to do with the eyes that open and close when you turn around. Help?

Use the hookshot to connect the two things and shoot at the rope and you should hit the eye. (It wiil reflect back and hit the eye)

Make a tight rope betwwen the two pegs, walk it and jump off on the narrow middle ledge. Go as far north as you can on the ledge and with your back to the eyes use your arrows to hit the tight rope at angle that will rebound and hit the eyes.
