Where do you find the the top right sea chart? Ive searched the Temple of the Ocean King for hours and I found the first one. Any help? I need it PLZ

I was actually going through there as I found this question.
Go as far down as you can (Note that the Grappling Hook and Bombachu are neccessary down lower in the Temple), and you should get to a room after you place all three crystals. Talk to the skeleton, and the go back outside and place the stones in the order he gives you. Go back into the room, and you come out a floor lower upon exiting. And, thats as far as I've gotten. I saw weird Phantoms and boulders perched on hills, so I assume it has something to do with that.
