Hey, What you have to do is get the NE map, and then you go to baanan island, or I think that's what it's called, or it's the farthest island in the Upper right hand corner, sail there, and then defeat all the enemies and then look around, use your boomerang to hit her, and yeah, then just do what she says, and then the old man in the hut will give it to you. P.S. Talk to the guy in the hut house thing first
