The sacred Crest

I am past the part where you have to close your DS to transfer that greenish circle on to the SW sea chart, and when I went to the fortune Teller lady she said I had to go there, but when I did nothing happened. What am I supposed to do???? Please help!

You need to use the salvage arm(if you haven't already got it, you can get it at cannon island where you got the cannon from) and use it to get the treasure chest and in the chest will be the sun key.
