The lier on frost iland
I think the Yety Kumu is the lier but I'm not sure and if he is what do I do to prove it?

Just save your game before you accuse, go up to him, tell him that you think it's him, and if you're right, he'll just reveal himself, and if you're wrong, just turn it off and on and choose a different person to accuse.
