How do I shoot the 2 blinking eyes in B2. I've tried everything and they keep closing when I use my bow and arrow.

You go down the bottom of the ice then you will see pole you go on it then hit the the ball

The eyes close when you are facing them, so you have to shoot your bow and arrow while facing away. You do this by standing just north of the 2 poles, use the grappling hook to make a tightrope between the poles, then fire your arrow at the tightrope and it should (hopefully) rebound back and hit the eye. It takes a few tries, but it works.
