There is a sighn in the same room that should have the order.
PS: the sisters are demons, so never do what they say
PPS: shoot the reaplings in the back to knock them ot for a few seconds
PPPs: The final sister is in a shaking barrel in the nw corner of the room

The order of levers is 41523, or something like that. You should figure it out by the clues on the floor, and yes the sister is in the North West area.
