stuck on molida island

I have gone into the sun temple,done all three floors and gone into the blue light to return to the beginning.went to visit astrid ,she tells me to go to molida island!!!!what have I not done? Please help!

You probably havn't beaten the boss and saved the spirit of courage. Just a little information for preparations... Be prepared for the boss because he can be a little tough, you only need to use the Bow and arrows...
