eye tablets on the frog island, uncharted...

Ok wats the order of the eye tablets, I don't get the riddle...AT ALL!...just tell me the directions....N, S ,E ,W ..ect.

The island is in the shape of a whale so the rudder is the statue at the northeastern end, the splash is the statue at the northwestern end, the paddle is the statue at the south end, and the last one is the statue at the little circle of water to the east of the island. I hope this helps.
